Deleting Account Permanently

Purpose:

You can delete your account permanently.

Before You Start:

• Delete all the devices added to the account.
• Make sure value-added services are not in use.

Steps:

1. Tap More->Account Management->Delete Account Permanently to enter the Delete Account Permanently page.
2. Read the Cautions on the page.
3. Tap Submit Request to submit a request to delete the account permanently.

Result:

The system will verify if the account meets the requirement to be deleted permanently.

Note: The requirement includes that no device is added to the account and that value-added services are not in use

4. Confirm to delete the account permanently on the pop-up dialog.

Result:

A security code will be sent to your registered email address or mobile phone number.

5. Enter the security code and then tap Delete Account.
